Home matches are in BOLD

Rugby matches are played on Saturdays, with some Sunday games during tournaments. A regulation match consists of two 40-minute halves with a 10-minute half time. All of our A-side matches are 80 minutes; please call the Furies hotline at (800) 240-1479

Match Selection Criteria

• Attendance - Consistent attendance at practice is mandatory! You must notify the captain of your inability to attend practice, with a reason, by 5:00 p.m. (if possible). An attendance record of missed practices may affect your selection for future games.
• Skill Level
• Fitness
• Attitude - Players are expected to give 100% of their attention and concentration during practice and games.

In addition to the above criteria, depending upon the match level, sides will be fielded as follows:

• Matrix - The primary team objective at this level is to WIN, so the strongest combination of players will be selected.
• A-Side - Selection committee will determine the match level and select a strong side to meet the team's objective to WIN.
• B-Side - The purpose of these matches is to develop less experienced players, develop players in specific positions, and give EVERYONE a chance to play.
• Friendly- The primary team objective is to have fun and work on skills and is not based on a A/B side division
• Tournaments - Priorities of these matches will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
